1. Order Cancellation

- Orders placed for same-day delivery cannot be cancelled once they are confirmed. Due to the nature of our service, we start processing these orders immediately.
1.2 Advanced Orders:

- If the recipient is not available to receive the delivery at the specified address, and the flowers are left in a safe place, if the recipient is not at the address we will endeavour to leave the flowers in a safe place, (Weather Dependant) and will provide a photo for evidence of safe delivery, or returned to the shop as per your instructions, no refunds will be issued.
