1. Order Cancellation

1.1 Same-Day Orders:

  • Orders placed for same-day delivery cannot be cancelled once they are confirmed. Due to the nature of our service, we start processing these orders immediately.

1.2 Advanced Orders:

  • Orders scheduled for future dates can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the delivery date. Please contact our customer service team via [contact details] to request a cancellation.

1.3 Cancellation Process:

1.4 Refund for Cancelled Orders:

  • If your cancellation request is approved, we will process a full refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

2. Refunds

2.1 Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Provide a photo of the damaged or incorrect items, and we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.

2.2 Non-Delivery:

  • If your order is not delivered on the specified date, please notify us immediately. We will investigate the issue and offer a replacement or a full refund as appropriate.

2.3 Special Occasions:

  • For special occasions (e.g., weddings, events), our refund policy may vary. Please refer to the specific terms provided during the booking process.

2.4 Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

3.1 Change of Mind:

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for orders due to a change of mind.

3.2 Incorrect Address:

  • If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, we are not responsible for non-delivery. Please ensure that all delivery details are accurate when placing your order. Should we need to re-deliver to the correct address, you may incur a second delivery charge.

3.3 Unattended Deliveries:

  • If the recipient is not available to receive the delivery at the specified address, and the flowers are left in a safe place, if the recipient is not at the address we will endeavour to leave the flowers in a safe place, (Weather Dependant) and will provide a photo for evidence of safe delivery,  or returned to the shop as per your instructions, no refunds will be issued. 

4. Special Conditions

4.1 Peak Seasons:

  • During peak seasons (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day), our cancellation and refund policy may be subject to additional restrictions. These will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

4.2 Custom Orders:

  • Custom orders, including specific flower arrangements or special requests, may not be eligible for cancellation or refund once they have been processed. Please verify all custom order details before confirming your purchase.
